On July 10, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District 1) convened and held open the rulemaking hearing regarding the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District", 2) proposed revisions to the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District" as the "2026 Proposed Rules of the District - Version 20260710", and 3) instructed staff to accept, publish, and prepare the necessary notices for the Board to consider, on October 2, 2026, any new recommendations to revise the Rules of the District.

Staff will publish and prepare the necessary notices for the proposed and recommended revisions to the Rules of the District received by August 24, 2026 for consideration by the Board of Directors at the meeting scheduled for  October 2, 2026.
